Camera and Photo Library

Allowing you to take photos when reporting an incident
Selecting photos from your library to attach to incident reports
We only access your camera/photo library when you choose to attach images to an incident report.

Note: Deleting your account will remove your personal information, but incident reports you created will remain in school safety records (with your identifying information removed or anonymized).

SchoolPolice is designed for use by school staff, parents, and authorized personnel. If you are under 18, please ensure you have parental or guardian consent before using this App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for:
The duration your account is active
The time necessary to provide our services
The period required by law or for school safety purposes
Incident reports may be retained for a longer period even after account deletion for school safety and legal compliance purposes.

International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside of your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these servers in the US or other countries where Google Firebase operates.
